Citizens’ Review Panel (CRP) volunteers put the “action” into United Way of Indian River County’s funding process. Each year, volunteers are recruited to serve on panels developed to review grant applications, conduct site visits, and evaluate programming of organizations seeking funding from United Way. Panels are comprised of a Chair, Financial Analyst, and several Associate Panelists. Citizen Review Panel evaluations and recommendations will guide funding decisions for programs and services that impact UWIRC’s targeted community impact areas: Health, Education, and Financial Stability.
